Day 1/2. Foundations

Day 3. Timber Frame Construction

Our timber frames are built to last, using high-quality materials and robust construction methods. 

Day 4 Timber Frame Completed

The structural backbone is now in place, defining the room's impressive dimensions.

âś“ EPDM Roof Membrane Installed: Our premium waterproofing solution ensures long-lasting protection against the elements.

âś“ Steel Work in Place: Added structural integrity for supporting the 6m opening for sliding door

Day 5 - Weatherproofing

A high-quality EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber membrane is securely glued to the roof. This durable and flexible material provides exceptional waterproofing, resisting UV damage, cracking, and weathering.

Efficient Water Management: A deep flow gutter system is installed to effectively channel rainwater away

Day 6. Interior

Secure Cladding Installation

Custom Media Wall: Enjoy a dedicated entertainment space with a custom-built media wall.

Insulation. Install acoustic wool between the timber studs and behind the cladding.
